About Me
Through my most recent work at Crafting for a Cure and the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Kinesiology, I’ve developed a strong focus on customer experience and accessibility. I am currently pursuing my PMP certification to complement my skills and continue using media, design, and marketing to create impactful, user-centered experiences, while engaging in continuous growth and learning.
I arrived in Canada in 2019 to pursue a dual degree in Communication, Culture, Information, and Technology (ICCIT) and Professional Writing, driven by my passion for storytelling and understanding what motivates people and drives their decisions. I believe stories have the power to shape experiences, and this belief has influenced every facet of my work—whether creating user journeys, developing brand identities, or crafting impactful communication strategies.
Having grown up in Peru and lived in Mexico and Panama, I’ve gained a unique international perspective that fuels my curiosity about different cultures. Learning to adapt to different cultures honed my ability to manage change, adapt to different environments, and connect to people with different lived experiences.
As I evolve professionally, my commitment to enhancing accessibility and customer experience remains central to my work. My client-facing approach, innovative thinking, and unique life experiences enable me to develop campaigns that deeply resonate with target audiences. I look forward to leveraging my expertise in storytelling, design, and project management to make a meaningful impact in marketing and digital design—creating inclusive, memorable, and impactful experiences.
